These terms are an agreement between you (the organization creating a LogoPulse account) and SASX Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates LogoPulse ("LogoPulse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or sending events to LogoPulse, you agree to them.
1. The service
LogoPulse is a hosted analytics service that receives product events from your software and turns them into customer health scores, onboarding stages, entity velocity, feature adoption, activity heatmaps, and risk indicators, available through a dashboard, an API, and an SDK. Features are described on our features page and may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your organization's account, including activity by team members you invite. Notify us immediately at support@logopulse.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send data you do not have the right to share, including sensitive personal data such as health, financial account, or government ID numbers;
- attempt to access other organizations' data or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures;
- reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted;
- use the service to build a competing product or in violation of applicable law.
4. Plans, billing, and changes
Pricing and plan limits are published on the pricing page. The Free plan covers your first 20 customer accounts at no charge. A payment method is required at signup; when you exceed the Free plan limits your account automatically upgrades to the Starter plan and billing begins. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by credit card via Stripe. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle and annual plans are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Your data
You own the event data and configuration you send to LogoPulse. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service for you. We will not share your data with other customers. You can export your data through the API at any time and request deletion by contacting support. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep LogoPulse available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a service level agreement (SLA) is included in your plan. Support channels and response targets are listed on the pricing page. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.
7. Intellectual property
LogoPulse, its software, design, documentation, and trademarks are owned by SASX Labs LLC and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to by law, giving notice where reasonable. After termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Health scores, risk indicators, and predictions are analytical estimates based on the data you send; they are aids to your judgement, not guarantees of customer behaviour. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogoPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify LogoPulse against claims arising from data you send to the service or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and SASX Labs LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms, and each party consents to venue there, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here and change the date above; for material changes we will email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
