This policy explains what data LogoPulse collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the LogoPulse website (logopulse.io), the dashboard (app.logopulse.io), the API, and the SDK.
1. Who we are
LogoPulse is a customer health analytics service for B2B SaaS companies, operated by SASX Labs LLC, a limited liability company based in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. SASX Labs LLC is the data controller for account data and the data processor for the event data you send us. For privacy questions, contact support@logopulse.io.
2. Data we collect
Account data
When you create a LogoPulse account we collect your name, work email address, organization name, and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing details; LogoPulse does not store full card numbers.
Event data you send us
When you integrate the LogoPulse SDK or API, your product sends us events about your customers' accounts: event types, timestamps, account identifiers, and any custom properties you choose to include (for example entity counts, feature flags, plan names, or company metadata). You control what is sent. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share this data with us and that you do not send data you are not permitted to share.
Usage data
We collect standard technical information when you use the website or dashboard: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for security, debugging, and aggregate product analytics.
Cookies
The marketing website uses no tracking cookies. The dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to cache your configuration. If we add analytics cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
3. How we use data
- To provide the service: calculating health scores, onboarding stages, and the other analytics shown in your dashboard.
- To operate, secure, and improve LogoPulse, including monitoring for abuse and diagnosing errors.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service changes.
- To respond to support, sales, and partnership requests you send us.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your event data to train models that are shared with other customers, and we never share one organization's data with another.
4. Where data is stored and who processes it
LogoPulse runs on Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each organization's data is logically isolated in our multi-tenant architecture. We use a small number of sub-processors to run the service:
| Sub-processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery |
| Stripe | Payment processing |
| Calendly | Demo scheduling (only if you book a demo) |
5. Data retention
Raw event data is retained according to your plan's event retention period (30 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Growth and Pro, custom on Enterprise) and is automatically deleted afterwards. Aggregated account profiles and daily snapshots are retained while your organization has an active account. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@logopulse.io. We will respond within 30 days. If you are an end customer of a company that uses LogoPulse, please contact that company first; they control the data they send us and we act on their instructions.
7. International transfers
If you access LogoPulse from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for such transfers.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption, least-privilege access controls, API key authentication for event ingestion, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
9. Children
LogoPulse is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. For material changes we will notify account owners by email.
