What counts as a "customer account"?

A customer account is a unique accountId that has sent at least one event in the current billing period. Inactive accounts from previous months don't count toward your limit.

What happens if I exceed my account limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you go over, events continue to be accepted — we don't drop data. We'll work with you to upgrade to the right plan.

Is the free tier really free?

Yes. Up to 20 accounts, no time limit. We ask for a card upfront so the upgrade is seamless — you won't be charged until you exceed 20 accounts. Auto-upgrades to Starter ($49/mo) when you grow past 20.

Do churned or inactive accounts count toward my limit?

An account stops counting 60 days after its last event. If they come back and send a new event, they count again automatically. You only pay for accounts that are active or recently active.

Do you charge per seat / per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Your entire team can access the dashboard.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans save up to 20%. If you upgrade mid-year, we prorate the difference.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card via Stripe. All plans — including Enterprise — are billed via credit card, monthly or annually in advance.
