Your customers' journey
— visible, measurable, fixable.

LogoPulse tracks every step of your customer journey — from signup to first value to power user. Know who's stuck in onboarding, who's actively getting value, and who's going quiet. One SDK. Real-time visibility. No spreadsheet required.

The Problem

You don't know if your customers ever got to value

Onboarding is a black box

40 customers signed up last month. How many connected their integration? How many created their first order? How many are stuck on step 2? You don't know — because nobody's tracking it.

"Active" is undefined

You call them active because they logged in. But did they actually do anything? Without tracking what customers create and use, "active" is meaningless — and so is "churned." You can't churn a customer who never got started.

You can't fix what you can't see

A customer signed up 3 weeks ago and never finished setup. Another was active for a month and went quiet. Both need different help — but right now they look the same: silent until they cancel.

The Solution

Track the full customer journey — from signup to power user

LogoPulse connects to your product via a lightweight SDK. Every meaningful action your customers take — completing setup, creating their first record, adopting features — gets tracked, measured, and surfaced automatically.

Stage-based journey tracking

Define your customer journey as stages: Signup → Integration Connected → First Entity → Active → Power User. LogoPulse moves customers through automatically as they hit milestones. See exactly where people get stuck and for how long.

Know what "active" actually means

Track what customers create — orders, batches, documents, projects. See velocity, trends, and per-account breakdowns. An account with 50 orders/week and one with 1 order/month are both "active" — but they're not the same.

Health scores that catch churn early

Every customer gets a real-time score combining activity frequency, feature adoption, onboarding completion, and engagement patterns. When a score starts declining, you have weeks to intervene — not a cancellation email.

How It Works

Three steps to customer visibility

import { createLogoPulse } from '@logopulse/sdk';

const lp = createLogoPulse({
  apiKey: 'your-api-key',
  orgId: 'your-org'
});

await lp.track('batch.created', accountId, { batchId: '123' });
  1. Connect Your Product

    Install the LogoPulse SDK (npm package, < 5 minutes). Initialize with your API key and start tracking events.

  2. Configure Your Model

    Define what matters for your business: which entities to track, what features to monitor, how to weight your health score, what onboarding stages look like. All from the dashboard — no code changes.

  3. Act on Insights

    See which customers are thriving and which need help. Health scores, onboarding funnels, activity heatmaps, and trend charts — all in one place.

Frequently asked questions

What is a customer health score?
A customer health score is a composite metric (0-100) that measures how well a customer is engaging with your product. LogoPulse calculates it automatically based on activity frequency, feature adoption, and other configurable signals. A high score means the customer is active and getting value. A low score means they might be at risk of churning.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are tracking events within 10 minutes. Install the SDK (npm install @logopulse/sdk), add your API key, and start sending events. Dashboard configuration (health score weights, onboarding stages) takes another 15-30 minutes.
What kind of events can I track?
Any event your product generates. LogoPulse uses a flexible schema — you define entity types (orders, documents, batches) and features (integrations connected, exports enabled). Tracking a new entity type is one line of SDK code plus a quick config in the dashboard.
Do I need a customer success team to use LogoPulse?
No. LogoPulse is built for SaaS teams that don't have a dedicated CS team yet. Founders, product managers, and developers can all get value from customer health data without hiring a CS team first.
How is LogoPulse different from Mixpanel or Amplitude?
Mixpanel and Amplitude are product analytics tools — they track events and funnels for all users. LogoPulse is customer health analytics — it aggregates activity into per-account health scores, onboarding stages, and risk indicators. Think of it as the layer above product analytics that tells you which customers (not users) need attention.
Is my data secure?
Yes. LogoPulse runs on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is isolated in a multi-tenant architecture. We don't share data between organizations.
Can I self-host LogoPulse?
Not currently. LogoPulse is a managed service. For enterprise customers with specific compliance requirements, contact us to discuss options.
